Abstract:Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of NT-proBNP in the acute myo- cardial infarction(AMI).Method The serum concentration of NT-proBNP in patients with AMI were measured within 24h and 48h after admission by cross immunoelectrophoresis methods. Results Serum NT-proBNP concentration in patients with AM1 within 24h and 48h after admission was significantly higher than that in healthy subjects (968.4±38.93pg/ml,1023.5±205.3pg/ml;VS <250.P<0.01)。The higher serum levels of NT-proBNP in AMI patients (1720.5±650.7pg/ml) with main adverse cardiac events(MACE) was significantly higher than that the lower levels of NT-proBNP in AMI patients(350.6±78.5pg/ml)(p<0.05) Conclusion Serum NT-proBNP concentration in patients with AMI has higher levels. Study of the concentration of Serum NT-proBNP is important in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of AMI.
